Invertebrates

The task

Each student  will identify the life and habits of a given species of your choice.  Find the necessary information about that creature and create a Power Point presentation to share with the class.

Project  value = 125 points

Choose a member of  one  of the following groups to study:

Mollusks Worms Arthropods Echinoderms
oyster ice worms insects sea stars
clam night crawlers arachnoids brittle star
squid red worms centipedes sea urchins
octopus leeches millipedes sand dollars
scallops   crustaceans sea cucumbers
snail   pill bugs  

The process.

  1. Create a chart  (or fold a paper in fourths) with the  8 areas suggested below.  In each area supply the needed information from the electronic resources or from the print materials in the library.
  2.  When your chart is completed and approved, create a Power Point Presentation using the data you found. Each chart area should be 1 slide.
  3. Present you research to the class.
